Categories we collect

• Identifiers — name, telephone number, email address, postal address, IP address
• Geolocation — the property address and ZIP code you give us. We do not track your device location.
• Commercial information — the home improvement project you inquired about and your answers about it
• Internet activity — the page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser user agent, and campaign parameters in the link you arrived through

We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, or information about your race, religion, health, or sexual orientation. We do not use your information to build a profile for advertising to you elsewhere.

Why we collect it, and who receives it

To contact you about your request, to confirm it by telephone, and to introduce you to independent contractors who can quote the work. Those contractors receive your identifiers and the project details. Our database, email and address-verification providers process it on our behalf.

How to make a request

Email privacy@homequotedesk.com with the telephone number and email address you gave us so we can locate your record. We will verify the request against the details we hold before acting on it, and respond within the statutory period.
