Privacy Policy

This notice explains what Cloud Calls Solutions collects when you request quotes through this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It describes our actual practice, not a general template.

Information you give us

When you complete a quote request, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your telephone number and email address
• The property address, ZIP code, city and state
• Whether you own or rent the property, and your rough timeline
• Your answers to the questions about the project itself, such as the type of work, materials and condition

Information we collect automatically

• Your IP address and browser user agent
• The page you submitted from and the page that referred you
• Campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, such as a utm_source value or a Google click identifier

We record the date and time you gave consent to be contacted, together with the exact wording that was displayed to you at that moment. We keep that record so we can demonstrate what you agreed to.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about the request you submitted, and to confirm the details by telephone
• To introduce you to independent contractors who can quote the work
• To check that the address you gave exists, so a contractor is not sent to a property that is not there
• To understand which of our pages and campaigns produce genuine inquiries

Who we share it with

Independent contractors. Once we have confirmed your request, we pass your details to contractors who can quote the work. They are independent businesses and use your information under their own privacy practices.

Service providers that operate this site. Our database host, our email delivery provider, and the address services described below. They process your information on our behalf.

Address services. When you type a property address we send what you have typed to a third-party address suggestion service so it can offer matching addresses. After you submit, we send the address to the United States Census Bureau geocoding service to confirm it exists. We do not send your name, telephone number or email address to either.

Passing your details to a contractor so they can quote your project may count as a sale or a share under some state privacy laws. See our Do Not Sell or Share page for how to opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including retaining proof of the consent you gave. You can ask us to delete your information using the contact details below.

Your choices

• You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, and we will stop calling and texting you
• You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• You can ask us to correct or delete it
• You can ask us not to sell or share it, as described on our Do Not Sell or Share page

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a managed database with access restricted to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is for adults arranging work on property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Consent records keep the wording that was in force when they were captured, so changing this page never alters what you previously agreed to.
