Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this site. By submitting a quote request you agree to them.

What this service is

Cloud Calls Solutions operates a free referral service for homeowners. We collect the details of your project, confirm them with you by telephone, and introduce you to independent contractors who can quote the work.

We are not a contractor and we do not perform the work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor directly. We are not a party to it, we do not set their prices, and we do not supervise their work.

No warranty on the work

All contractors are independent businesses. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed, any estimate given, or any representation a contractor makes to you. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a contractor you hire holds the licenses, bonding and insurance required for your job in your state and locality, and for reviewing any contract before you sign it.

Using this site

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be the property owner, or authorized by the owner to arrange work on the property
• The details you give us must be accurate, and the telephone number must be one you are the subscriber or customary user of
• You must not submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, or use automated means to submit requests

Contact by telephone and text

When you tick the consent box on the quote form, you agree that we and the contractors we match you with may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us on a call or by writing to privacy@homequotedesk.com.

Free to homeowners

We do not charge homeowners. We are paid by the contractors in our network. That does not change what we tell you, and we do not accept payment to rank one contractor above another in what we say to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from any agreement between you and a contractor, or from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
